Financial Arrangements

In order to provide the highest quality care on a sound basis, we have developed convenient payment options for you. Prior to proceeding with treatment, fees and financial arrangements will be discussed with you.

If you have dental insurance, we will be happy to assist you in submitting your claims for reimbursement. Payment is due in full at the time of the service and your insurance company will reimburse you directly. Please keep in mind that some important services may not be covered by your plan. If you are unsure please contact your insurance company prior to your appointment or ask that we send a preauthorization on your behalf.

We accept payments by Visa, MasterCard, American Express, debit, and cheques.


Appointment Policies

Confirming Appointments

Your dental appointment is considered confirmed at the time of booking. However, as a courtesy to our patients, we will remind you of your appointment one week before, followed by 24 hours in advance. If we are unable to contact you, we will still expect you to arrive for your appointment.


This time is scheduled just for you and we ask that you provide 2 full business days notice if you need to change your appointment time. This allows us to offer your appointment to someone else who may need urgent treatment. Any missed appointments or cancellations with less than 2 business days notice may result in a cancellation charge.
